Adding a Performance Keyword or Pricetype for a Scheduled Campaign

Knowledge Level:
Time: Less than 5 minutes
Suggested Skills: Tessitura
Objective: Using keywords or price types to further target contacts with regard to a performance or order is a great way to segment who will receive the scheduled campaign. Read below to learn the important things to keep in mind when using these features.

To include or exclude multiple keywords, simply put a comma between them. When using keywords, please ensure they are formatted in CamelCase. You can read more about this by selecting the info button for step 3 when creating a new scheduled campaign. It says:

Filter by Keyword

Provide a Tessitura Keyword, or string of comma-separated Tessitura keywords, to limit the performances to which this scheduled campaign will apply. For example, if you in input a keyword of "Broadway" that you have set up in Tessitura and applied to some performances, only those performances with the "Broadway" keyword will be selected when this scheduled campaign job runs. If you input a comma-separated string of keywords in the field above to suppress performances with certain keywords, then the combination of keyword fields will be used to determine which performances are selected.

Filter by Pricetype

Provide a Tessitura pricetype ID, or string of comma-separated Tessitura pricetype IDs, to limit the orders to which this scheduled campaign will apply. For example, if you in input a pricetype ID of 55 that was used for orders in Tessitura and used on some orders, only those sub lineitems using pricetype 55 will be selected when this scheduled campaign job runs. If you input a comma-separated string of pricetype ids in the field above to suppress order SLIs with certain pricetypes, then the combination of pricetype fields will be used to determine which orders are selected. Mixed orders are suppressed in this evaluation - meaning if an order has some SLIs with an included pricetype, and some SLIs with the exclusion pricetype, the SLI is excluded."
