There are several t_defaults that may be entered in Tessitura under your organization's web parent table. For consortia, it is imperative that each organization have their own web parent table that is connected with the organization's unique web database user.
Defaults marked with an (*) are required for proper system functions. Defaults marked with a (+) are used with mail2 scheduled emails.
The default source to use when a source number has not been promoted to a list.
If YES, then promotions are stored in the local table LT_M2_PROMOTION_UPDATE instead of being processed real time. That table may then be updated and emptied out on a regular schedule by setting up a scheduled database routine using the procedure LP_M2_UPDATE_PROMOTIONS_IN_BULK.
NO is the default, so promotions are updated in real time.
Possible values are '0' or '1'. Promtions are updated by default. If your organization doesn't use promotions in Tessitura, then you'll want to set this to '0'. By default, the value is 1 if it is not entered in t_defaults.
The initial value for this is 2,3,6,12 This is a comma-separated list of sli status Ids that should be included when selecting patrons for the PERFORMANCE-BASED scheduled campaigns. If editing this default, make sure to only use a comma separated list with no spaces between sli status ids. Sli status Ids may be found in TR_SLI_STATUS
The default eaddress type that mail2 will use to create new eAddresses whenever a new address needs to be made. *Consortiums - the eaddress type defined in this field cannot be control-grouped.
The default control group ID that should be used for new public and private lists that are created in Tessitura. If you are not a consortium, this may be left at -1. If you are in a consortium, the value should be a control group to which everyone at your organization, including your web user, has access.
The list category used to store lists created by mail2's scheduled email procedures so that you can keep track of those in one place.
A comma-separated list of constituency IDs that should be used to suppress customers that you don't want to receive ANY scheduled emails. Leave blank if none.
A comma-separated list of season types to suppress from performances that are eligible for Scheduled emails. Leave blank if none.
A comma-separated list of performance types to suppress from performances that are eligible for Scheduled emails. Leave blank if none.
Used to suppress any constituents on a particular List Manager list when an automated email for performances deploy. Leave blank if none. Dynamic lists are regenerated prior to deployment.
The default eAddress type ID from TR_Eaddress_Type that should be used to identify matching email addresses when a Saved Search Transfer is executed. This is only applicable in Consortium environments, and is not required if all control grouped email addresses may be used to match eligible emails.
Set to 'YES' if using the scheduled procedure LRP_M2_Update_Purposes to grab recently added email addresses and assign contact point purposes based on mail2 list subscriptions.
Set to 'YES' if using the special activities integration to create invitation records on constituent records who RSVP to events, but do not have an invitation record on their account.
m2DefaultCustomer (*) [DEPRECATED - DO NOT USE]
The customer number of the default mail2 customer created to hold the anonymous email addresses that opt in to your organizations lists. This feature of mail2 is no longer in use.
