Troubleshooting: Not Receiving Emails

Knowledge Level:
Time: 10 minutes
Suggested Skills: Deliverability, Internal Domain and Network Access
Objective: You are successfully sending test and live email campaigns but it seems that no email addresses from your organization can receive the campaigns, or they are going to your spam folder. What's going on? When you're sending from mail2, you're sending an email from our system on behalf of your organization. This only becomes an issue when it is sent to an email address at your organization. If you have a strict spam filter, it is going to say "hey, that email is saying it's coming from us but we didn't send it, maybe it's spam!". Obviously, it is not spam; this is likely a problem that is affecting email addresses only at your organization. You will want to contact your IT department to whitelist our IP addresses and domains. This will ensure deliverability to your inbox. You may also want to update the SPF record.

You will want to make sure the following domains are white listed:

emailcampaigns.net
ecasend.com
emcsend.com
emsend.com

You want to make sure the following IP addresses are white listed:

ip4:216.24.224.0/20
ip4:216.27.12.144/28
ip4:216.27.14.0/26
ip4:216.27.14.64/27
ip4:216.27.8.32/28
ip4:216.27.20.128/27
ip4:216.27.22.160/27
ip4:216.27.22.192/27

Or, a specific listing of each individual IP address is as follows:
