Create a Template

Objective: Templates come in handy when you’re sending out regular emails that all share a similar format, such as a newsletter. They allow you to efficiently create visually consistent campaigns. To create a template, simply design the base of your email. Choose the layout, colors, logos, footers, fonts, and other elements that you want to keep consistent across your email campaigns. This will be your boilerplate design for any email created from this template.  

Smart Email Builder

Select the 'Save As Template' button in the upper-left-corner:

Name your template, select 'save as'. You now have a template that you are able to use as a starting place for email designs. Simply select the template from the template selector which appears when creating a campaign in the Smart Email Builder. Any templates that you have saved will be under ‘My Templates’. 

You can access all of your Smart Email Builder templates in the template database which is accessible under Account Settings > Templates. 
 

Full Email Editor

Simply select the template from the template selector which appears when creating a campaign in the Full Email Editor. Any templates that you have saved will be under ‘My Templates’.
